A four member delegation from Goa Football Development Council was being welcomed by South African Football Association (SAFA).
The Goan delegation has visited SAFA to discuss on how to uplift the standard of the football in this football crazy state of India. The delegation wants to change the the mindset regarding Indian football and to take football in India to competitive levels.
In welcoming the delegation, Safa vice-president, Dr Danny Jordaan who was accompanied by Safa Development Agency CEO, Dr Robin Petersen and Safa CEO, Dennis Mumble said South Africa and India had a massive role to play in the world of football.
The delegation will return back to India on this Sunday.
