GiveMeGoal.com reports that the SAFF Championship 2013 matches have been rescheduled and now the tournament will start on 31st august instead of 1st of September.
The reason to prepone this tournament has been stated as ‘Technical’. The 1st match of the tournament will now be held between Nepal and Bangladesh in the Dasarath Stadium instead of India and Pakistan.
An additional venue namely Halchowk Stadium will be used for the tournament and 5 out of 15 matches will be played there.
Meanwhile Nepal has been thrashed by Bahrain U23 Olympic team by a 3-0 margin in their 1st practice match on Bahrain tour
