The AFC U16 Championship 2012 finals will be hosted in Tehran, Iran in the PAS Stadium and the Rah Ahan Stadium. The 16 teams that have qualified for the championship have been divided in 4 groups namely A, B, C and D each consisting of 4 teams. The groups are as given below.
Top 2 teams qualify for the quarterfinal from each group. The final will be held on 6th October 2012 in PAS Stadium.
